By accessing or using MyFootball.Info ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyFootball.Info. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

MyFootball.Info is a soccer logistics CRM platform designed for tournament and team operations management. Our services include:

• Transportation coordination and fleet management
• Accommodation booking and room assignment tools
• Nutrition and meal planning systems
• Vendor management and CRM functionality
• Real-time communication and parent notifications
• Tournament playbook and documentation tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data without permission
• Resell or redistribute Platform access without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Platform Ownership: MyFootball.Info owns all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (player data, vendor information, tournament notes). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it to provide the Platform services.

Prohibited Use: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Subscription Terms: Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available on our website.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable. Contact legal@myfootball.info for refund requests.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

No Warranties: The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

Third-Party Services: We integrate with third-party services (payment processors, mapping APIs). We are not responsible for their performance or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFootball.Info shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access or data breaches
• Damages caused by third-party services or integrations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold MyFootball.Info harmless from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

Jurisdiction: If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent notice on the Platform
• Updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
